CAN A WOMEN LEAD THE RELATIONSHIP IF SHE MAKES MORE MONEY THAN HER MATE?

My husband and I are great friends and spiritual partners. We are giving you an example of a relationship where the woman is the provider. This is just an example and not our own situation. He is the provider and neither one of us think the woman should be the provider or leader in the relationship.How do you feel about the woman in the relationship leading or being considered the provider because she makes more money than her mate or spouse? What is the definition of a provider in a relationship?
